Concentric health

Supporting a digital health start-up

Working with start-up Concentric to get a service and product launched quickly and well.

I worked with Welsh startup Concentric to help them get strategy, service, product and brand launched for initial trials at Imperial College Hospital London.

The client

Concentric is a clinician-led start-up based in Wales looking to digitise content practices and get rid of paper forms from health systems. Kicking off with trials in 2019 they have grown their service across UK trusts, expanding the offer across medical specialties.

They are passionate about shared decision-making for clinicians and patients and the potential change in content practices can have for health outcomes.

My role

  • To take a lean approach to service design getting as much created as quickly as possible so that the team could get a running start to trials. This included branding, service design, product design and strategy.

  • To advise the startup team with insight and recommendations to get started well.
